One of your main tasks will likely be managing your employer's calendar and ensuring that they are able to attend all necessary meetings and appointments. This may involve coordinating with other team members or departments to schedule meetings, sending reminders to your employer about upcoming events, and effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure that your employer's schedule is manageable

As a key member of the team, tasked with monitoring Pharmacy reconciliations in order to ensure optimal outcomes and timely resolution of discrepancies.

A hybrid work system is presently in place for the position.

Main responsibilities

• Assess the credibility and reliability of both pre-made and tailored reports, and recommend appropriate actions
• Check the pharmacy reconciliation procedures of third-party entities to guarantee adherence to prescribed business regulations
• The task of reconciling book accruals and true-ups involves a meticulous examination of multiple complex procedures to guarantee precision
• Offer expert assistance to Inmar in dealing with escalated collection matters and unapplied cash issues, particularly as they relate to carrier issues
• To be a valued member of our department, one must possess not only strong accounting skills, but also the ability to take the lead and be proactive
• Offer support and guidance to team members who need assistance and uphold a positive attitude as a role model
• The ability to successfully balance daily sales, GL feeds and bank files is essential for maintaining accurate financial records
• Complete account reconciliations
• As directed, process journal entries to the general ledger, ensuring that the entries are valid and supported by proper documentation
• Carry out the required tasks for the processing of accounts payable, including but not limited to, receipt and review of invoices, recording payments, and reconciling vendor accounts
• Providing guidance and support to RX Operations and Upper Management of NSC is necessary to maintain high-quality standards in line with their respective business goals
• Fulfilling requests from internal and external audits is a necessary part of maintaining good corporate governance and financial management practices
• Manage high-profile projects on an as-needed basis
• The candidate can fill other accounting roles in the department if necessary.
• In the event of the primary manager's absence, this position can serve as the secondary manager or a temporary supervisor
