To offer superior customer service and maximize sales and volume growth, the Route Sales Driver carries out the task of selling and distributing products on proper routes while fostering strong customer relationships. Additionally, the Route Sales Driver ensures that accounts have product availability by accurately filling beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.

It is important to perform the necessary duties and responsibilities that are essential for the smooth running of an organization

  • Generate higher revenue and sales volume in designated accounts by selling products, managing distribution channels, designing displays and conducting promotional initiatives.
  • A typical day consists of the sale and delivery of products to predetermined customers.
  • Ensure all accounts have the right merchandising and stocking as per CCBCHC standards.
  • Modify, maintain, and relocate Point of Sale advertisements as needed for each account.
  • Make sure that daily monitoring of product, cash, and asset information is recorded correctly.
  • Maximizing payment collection by employing efficient invoicing protocols.
  • Strengthen ties with account representatives and provide exceptional customer service to each account through consistent communication, prompt problem-solving, and appropriate follow-up.
  • Maintain an impeccable look of CCBCHC products and tools in assigned accounts.
  • Keep the rear storage area tidy and well-ordered while managing trade breakage for designated customers.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle and load inspections following the CCBCHC standard procedures before leaving the facility.
  • Emphasize the importance of meeting CCBCHC's quality assurance standards at every account.
  • Establishing and enforcing workplace safety measures is essential.
  • Build enduring and cooperative relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Consistently track the merchandise, promotional activities, and sales results of your competition.
  • One must comply with, adhere to, and reinforce all policies, operational procedures, workflows, and guidelines.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
