Job Description:

In Business Support Services, the Business Process Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing customer routing, pricing, volumes, and programs by using analytical techniques and tools. The individual in this position is responsible for designing and implementing new routing solutions and ensuring that they are performing as required. The Business Analyst is also accountable for maintaining accurate records for all customers and products across all software systems used within the organization. As the primary point of contact for any authorized database changes, the professional ensures that alterations are carried out smoothly. Finally, the Business Analyst oversees the implementation and monitoring of commission plans and customer beverage agreements.

• Evaluating the interrelation between commission adjustments and modifications to transportation routes.

• Inspect the adherence to routing solutions post-session using a variety of reporting features.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Supply-Chain Management is a favorable option for those who aspire to excel in these domains.

• Experienced in utilizing a variety of advanced features and functions in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Prior work with Routing Software is an added advantage.

Physical Demands:

• Sustained seating is an essential element of office-based work, posing a potential risk for discomfort and postural issues.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing might contribute to a moderate level of noise in the work environment.
• The employee's work hours will depend on schedules and the season and vary from 7 am to 5 pm. During the workweek from Monday to Friday, the employee works for an approximate 40 to 45 hours. At times, additional hours may be necessary, and work may require travel up to 10% of the time. Furthermore, the employee will be on-call for one week out of every six weeks.
