In Business Support Services, the Business Process Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing customer routing, pricing, volumes, and programs by using analytical techniques and tools. The individual in this position is responsible for designing and implementing new routing solutions and ensuring that they are performing as required. The Business Analyst is also accountable for maintaining accurate records for all customers and products across all software systems used within the organization. As the primary point of contact for any authorized database changes, the professional ensures that alterations are carried out smoothly. Finally, the Business Analyst oversees the implementation and monitoring of commission plans and customer beverage agreements.

  • Ensure that the routing solutions being implemented adhere to the DOT's safety regulations and weight limits for legal transportation.
  • Evaluating the interrelation between commission adjustments and modifications to transportation routes.
  • Design and implement reports that evaluate the effectiveness and financial efficiency of routing and software utilization.
  • Inspect the adherence to routing solutions post-session using a variety of reporting features.

Education and Experience:

Work Environment:
